New Standing Order DLC-39 In Re: Closure of the public clerk counter in the Helena Division of the District of Montana
 
Effective February 12, 2018, the federal court clerk’s office will no longer service in-person transactions at the Paul G. Hatfield Courthouse in Helena, Montana.  The Helena Division clerk’s office will remain staffed to respond to case-related inquires over the telephone at 406-441-1355.  The mailing address for Helena clerk's office remains the same at:  901 Front Street, Helena, MT 59626.
