The Local Rules Committee of the United States District Court for the District of Montana is now accepting public comment on proposed amendments to the Local Rules of Procedure.  The proposed amendments can be viewed at https://www.mtd.uscourts.gov/court-info/local-rules-and-orders.  All comments must be submitted no later than Thursday, November 2, 2023.  Please email comments to LocalRules@mtd.uscourts.gov, or by mail to the Clerk of Court, United States District Court, 201 East Broadway, Missoula, MT  59802.
