If you need to make changes or add to your filings you must ask the court for permission.  To move for leave to amend or supplement a pleading, you must attach a proposed pleading to a motion for leave to file a motion to amend.  If leave is granted, then you must promptly file the pleading.  See Local Rule 15.1.
