Chief District Judge Brian Morris and Chief Bankruptcy Judge Benjamin P. Hursh have approved the Plan for Managing Operations During a Lapse in Appropriations. The plan will remain in effect until Congress passes and the president signs a continuing resolution or appropriation, or until further order of the Court.  See also Administrative Order 25-15.
