The Butte, Great Falls, and Missoula divisional clerk’s offices in the District of Montana will be unstaffed Wednesday, September 4 through Friday, September 6, 2024 for district-wide training.  Scanners and/or drop boxes will be available for filings at the Butte, Great Falls, and Missoula courthouses.  If your filing warrants EMERGENCY ACTION by the court such as a foreclosure action or a motion for temporary restraining order, please call (406) 247-7000.
