The Local Rules Committee of the United States District Court for the District of Montana is now accepting public comment on proposed amendments to the Local Rules of Procedure.  The proposed amendments can be viewed at Local Rules & Orders.  All comments must be submitted no later than Friday, October 31, 2025.  Please email comments to LocalRules@mtd.uscourts.gov, or mail to the Clerk of the Court, U.S. District Court, 201 East Broadway, Missoula MT 59802.
