The District of Montana provides electronic evidence presentation equipment for use by counsel.  Among other features, this equipment permits the viewing of evidence throughout the courtroom, including the bench, witness stand, jury box, counsel tables and gallery. 

Counsel planning on utilizing this equipment are encouraged to request training in advance.  Practice sessions and testing must occur prior to the day of scheduled court appearance.  Courtroom staff may be unavailable for the purpose of training/testing the day of the proceeding.  It is recommended that training/testing be scheduled at least one (1) week prior to the proceeding.
