Amendments to the Local Rules for the United States District Court for the District of Montana were adopted on November 14, 2024.  These amendments will go into effect on December 1, 2024.  Please see Standing Order BMM-36 In re: Amendments to Local Rules of Procedures.  The newly amended Local Rules and a list of amendment can be found on the Rules & Statutes page.
