The District of Montana will be mailing jury qualification questionnaires.  If you receive a qualification questionnaire, please follow the instructions to complete the form online.  If you do not have access to the Internet, a paper form will follow.  You may also visit one of our four courthouses that are open to the public (Billings, Great Falls, Butte and Missoula) to complete the questionnaire.  For additional questions, please contact the jury administration line at (406) 247-7003.
